Q: Can I watch my Own Forever Classes on Roku?
A: The Roku Bluprint channel can only be accessed if you are a Bluprint subscriber, and only for subscription classes. Your forever classes can be watched from your class library on our website.
Q: I'm already a Bluprint subscriber, how do I activate my Roku Streaming Player?
A: You can simply sign in with your same Bluprint login credentials.
Q: Is it available in my area?
A: Currently our Roku channel is available in the US, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. We hope to offer it in more areas soon!
Q: How do I add the Bluprint channel to my Roku Streaming Player?
A: You can click HERE and refer to "Adding channels from your Roku device."
Q: How do I reset my account password?

A: Nope! Our Bluprint channel is absolutely free with your Bluprint subscription.
Q: How do I search for classes or instructors on Bluprint?
A: From your Roku remote, click on the upward arrow to select "Search" on the top right of your screen. Then use the left and right arrows to navigate letters to narrow your search.
Q: Are my saves available?
A: Yes they are! You'll be able to see your saves on your home screen and if you're watching a class, you can click the top-left “Back" arrow to return to saves or search for more Bluprint content.
Q: Where can I find patterns, recipes or materials?
A: Discover all of your patterns, recipes and class materials under your Bluprint account at on your computer.
Q: Is closed captioning available?
Q: Is 30 second repeat & fast-forward available?
A: Yes! From your Roku remote, click "OK" to use 30 second repeat and 30 second fast-forward. You can also pause your class video from this screen.
Q: Why am I only seeing trailers?
A: You’re in guest mode rather than being signed in with your Bluprint account. There are three options from your home screen: Sign In, Register and Learn More (guest mode). If you see the icon: "Start Free Trial" that’s how you'll know you’re in guest mode and need to sign in with your Bluprint login.
Q: Why are class videos buffering slowly or poor quality?
Your Roku may need a fresh restart! From your main screen scroll up or down and select “Settings”. From there, press the right arrow button and click on “System." Next press the right arrow button and select “Power” and press the right arrow button and select “System Restart.” Finally, press the right arrow button and select “Restart.” If you're still having trouble viewing classes, you can fully unplug your Roku TV and plug it back in to give a true refresh.
