We ship to APO and FPO military boxes, as long as it has a US address. When going through the checkout process, please select your “Armed Forces” within the “ -- State --” dropdown list if you are shipping to a military base.
How are these orders tracked and delivered?
Delivery to APO/FPO addresses is handled by the US Military. We consolidate and give them to USPS in New Jersey and San Francisco based on the service members branch and physical location. Since the APO/FPO system is designed to allow service members to receive mail no matter where they are stationed and/or classification status we have no way of providing an update after we turn over to USPS.
What if I need help tracking an order?
The US Military does have a customer service department for service members, and we encourage you to utilize that path for further research while tracking packages.
What are the shipping timeframe and expedited options?
Expedited shipping options are not available for APO or FPO boxes. Additionally, orders shipped to APO or FPO may experience a longer shipping time frame than normal international orders, which start at 12 - 14 business days.
