We’re happy to accept returns for classes purchased on our website within 30 days. Just reach out to our support team here. Note that classes purchased from outside partners including iTunes, Jo-Ann, and Amazon cannot be refunded directly to your original method of payment. However, we will work with you if needed to come up with an alternate solution. Please note that we do not offer class exchanges.
For any subscription purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days. Just reach out to our Customer Support team Here. If you happen to have a subscription through Apple/iTunes you will have to cancel that subscription through Apple.
