If you purchase an individual class or use a coupon to redeem a class, then it will be yours forever in the account that was used to enroll. If a purchased class is missing from your Own Forever Library, it could be for one of the following reasons:
The Class Library includes an archive feature that allows you to hide enrollments and then unhide whenever you'd like. If your class was accidentally archived, it’s temporarily hidden from your view. You can unarchive it to bring it back. Learn more about how to unarchive here.
Please note that the archive feature is not available in the Bluprint mobile apps.
If the "show all classes" option is not working in your account then it's likely that the missing classes are living in a different account. In this case, you can reach out to the Customer Support team for assistance locating the second account. Customer Support can be reached via email or live chat. Be sure to provide as much information on the order as possible, such as:
- Any alternate email addresses
- Order ID number
- First and last name as they appear on your credit card
- Last four digits of your credit card
- Date of purchase
- If payment was with PayPal, the email address associated with your PayPal account
