In case you missed it, Bluprint recently announced that TN Marketing has acquired certain assets of Bluprint and our teams are working to provide you with seamless access to your classes. In addition, we have even more great news – we’ve decided to bring the Craftsy brand back!
You will continue to have access to all the great content on the Bluprint website during this transition. Your subscription services, class materials, and individually purchased classes will continue.
For the next few weeks, and during the transition period, please be patient as TN Marketing creates our customer service plans to best serve you and respond to your questions. For now, please see these FAQ’s.
Who is TN Marketing?

Since 2010, we’ve been building a vast online video library, and now own and operate 11 distinct special-interest hobby communities, with customers in over 150 countries.
Will I continue to have access to my subscription services, course materials and individually purchased classes?
Yes, during the transition period, you will continue to have access on the Bluprint website. Very soon you will have access to your services and content on the new Craftsy website.
When can I log in and view my subscription services, course materials, and individually purchased classes on the new Craftsy?
The new Craftsy website will launch on or around September 1st. But for now, you can enjoy all the great content on mybluprint.com.
What will happen with my course credits?
TN Marketing will honor your course credits and they will be transferred to your account in the new Craftsy on or around September 1st. You can start using them again in September.
When will individual classes and subscriptions be available on the new Craftsy website?
During the transition, the option to purchase individual classes and new subscriptions will continue to be paused. Purchases will resume in September on the new Craftsy website.
Will the new Craftsy website offer physical goods like yarn and fabric?
TN Marketing is reviewing options around what physical goods to offer on the Craftsy website. In any case, we will continue to support and direct you to qualified sources for your project and crafting needs.
Can we choose which emails we want to receive?
Yes. You will have the option to opt-in or opt-out of communications that you receive.
Will I be able to stream my classes to my TV?
Yes! You will be able to stream your videos on your TV from your streaming devices. Not all devices will be available immediately after the launch, but our team will be working on adding new functionality once Craftsy is live. Stay tuned for more updates.
How will we be able to interact with instructors?
We are excited to announce that we will be elevating the instructor interaction experience with LIVE streaming events. During these live events you will have a chance to ask questions and leave comments for your favorite instructors on topics that you love and want to learn about. In the event that you can’t make the LIVE event, you will be able to view it afterwards, at your convenience.
